I'm working my way through season 2 now; I've just watched "What's My Line Part 2" - I plan to post my reviews (and update my season 1 ones) shortly.

I'm having another buffy marathon. I've watched the first season, now moving on to season 2.
It's been 7 years since I last started a btvs marathon. I feel I had watched the show so often, I had become tired of it, and needed to wait until enough time had passed for the show to feel fresh again.
It's strange, I think I enjoyed season 1 now more than ever before. My attitudes towards tv has changed a little since I last watched these episodes, and I'm finding a new appreciation for them.

That's wonderful to hear - I really find that S1-4 (and Angel S1-2) work beautifully even after all these years. Like you, I haven't watched the shows for a while now (about 3 years for Buffy, and I wrote the Angel reviews I'm currently posting in early 2013) - reading this has made me consider going back! I hope you'll get to continue rewatching and enjoying; I think it's great that you've found a new and additional enjoyment of S1, and am interested to see what might happen with future seasons!

I'm going to watch buffy s4 and angel s1 at the same time, and continue from there.
I've never had that kind of dual-show marathon before, and with the crossovers it could be interesting.
