I'm having another buffy marathon. I've watched the first season, now moving on to season 2.
It's been 7 years since I last started a btvs marathon. I feel I had watched the show so often, I had become tired of it, and needed to wait until enough time had passed for the show to feel fresh again.
It's strange, I think I enjoyed season 1 now more than ever before. My attitudes towards tv has changed a little since I last watched these episodes, and I'm finding a new appreciation for them.

That's wonderful to hear - I really find that S1-4 (and Angel S1-2) work beautifully even after all these years. Like you, I haven't watched the shows for a while now (about 3 years for Buffy, and I wrote the Angel reviews I'm currently posting in early 2013) - reading this has made me consider going back! I hope you'll get to continue rewatching and enjoying; I think it's great that you've found a new and additional enjoyment of S1, and am interested to see what might happen with future seasons! |

I'm going to watch buffy s4 and angel s1 at the same time, and continue from there.
I've never had that kind of dual-show marathon before, and with the crossovers it could be interesting.
