Well in every single ep i wondered that. It was just...bad. Xander's clothes werent bad except that they were very plain. And Anya sometimes wore good clothes....sometimes...

Glory seemed to be so shallow... and yet she wore the same clothes every day! You'd think she'd change once in a while.

Maybe she had a hundred copies of the same outfit. Angel most certainly does!

ok i have another thing about buffy, not the show but the fanfiction. Did you even noticed that almost everyone that writes Buffy fanfiction describes buffy as smelling like vanilla, willow always smells like strawberrys and faith always smells like leather and smoke..
lol i just noticed that the other day reading some fiction.

Well Willow probably smells like strawberry because of what Rex says and I dont know where the vanilla thing came from. Faith's I understand because leather is all she wore and she smoked at least in the 7th season...

The Willow strawberry thing came from Wrecked; 'strawberry' is a slang term for a crackwhore, and Willow effectively prostituted herself to Rack for her magic fix.
I'm guessing Buffy is vanilla just because vanilla usually infers safe and unrisky. I like(d) the character, but she's quite the puritan, so vanilla's a good description.

I thought willow was strawberry because she had red hair? I never knew it was slang.

Well, I'm sure the red hair factored in too. I guess strawberry was the most appropriate term given Willow's looks and behaviour.

Hmm...well you know red hair usually translates to carrot top. But i guess this factors in both looks AND behavior.

okay i have one question. i was watching innca mummy girl last night and i noticed that durning the library scene when they are first translateing the seal willow is playing with a frog...but later on she says that she has frog fear. So why would she be playing with a stuffed animal frog if she's scared of them?
just curious

I'd imagine the frog fear in "Killed By Death" was made up for the episode, kind of like the story with Buffy's cousin. So it's just a continuity blooper rather than a character thing.
