Spike had told Glory who Dawn was. Would Buffy been able to save her?

I think so yes. Glory could only open the portal at a certain time, so it wouldn't matter if dawn was captured months in advance, because buffy would still have got to the tower in time. If anything, it would have given buffy more time to prepare for her fight with glory.
But if spike had put dawn in that kind of danger, buffy would have killed him for sure.

Buffy definitely would have dusted Spike. But, I think Glory would have been even stronger had she gotten to Dawn earlier. She would not have had to use her strength and powers to track down Dawn. She would not have drained Tara, which made an enemy of Willow. And would Buffy had figured out that Ben was Glory? So many questions.....

Willow wouldnt have been as angry if tara was unharmed, but she would still have done the exact same things, used her spells against glory. If tara was sane, they would have to have found another crazy person to lead them to glory. And if dawn was captured early on, she would have had plenty of time to escape because glory would be turning into ben all the time.
I forget...what exactly triggered the guys realising glory was ben? I remember spike knew but everyone else kept forgetting whenever they saw the change.

They saw Ben turn into Glory when they were being attacked by the Knights. Spike kept telling them that Glory was Ben and it helped break the spell.

What If buffy had allowed glory to jump into the portal and reach her home dimension, instead of punishing her by keeping her away from it? Would it really have made a difference?

Not sure. If they would have closed the portal after she left, maybe not. But Glory probably would have found a way to come back to Earth.

Why would glory want to come back to earth?
We never saw the minions again after the gift. Do you think they went into the portal into glory's dimension, and are waiting for her?

We never saw the minions again after the gift. Do you think they went into the portal into glory's dimension, and are waiting for her? I just realised that, lol! Maybe they died when Ben/Glory was 'killed' - that's one of the many mysteries of Buffy! Another mystery is what happened to Jynx. He was stabbed in tough love and survived, but he didn't appear in any episodes after that, and thats a shame because he was my favourite of all glory's minions. Anyway, if glory had gone back to her home dimension, would she still look human, or would she become all invisible and omnipitent again?

I have no idea and who decided what she would look like on earth anyway? I mean, she was meant to be a God, but she didn't really resemble one on earth - she just looked like a normal human even though she wasn't! I think she would have returned to her demon form. Kinda like Jasmine in Angel.

Spike had told Glory who Dawn was. Would Buffy been able to save her? That's a tough one. I'm sure they would still have found a way for Buffy to win because she is the heroine of the story. Of course, it would have changed everything. Either Spike would lie about what he really told Glory or Buffy would kill him. But since Glory would come after Dawn right away once Spike told her, they might have had to go on the run right away.

What If buffy had allowed glory to jump into the portal and reach her home dimension, instead of punishing her by keeping her away from it? Would it really have made a difference? I thought the way it worked was that Glory's dimension flooded into this one and sort of rewrote this reality and it became Glory's realm. They mentioned that in an episode, that if Glory just wanted to get back to her hell dimension, buy her a ticket instead of trying to stop her. The impression I got was that Glory couldn't step through. The hell dimension had to come to her.

What if... angel had known that dawn was the key and could open dimensions?
When conner was taken to quortoth, would angel have bled dawn in order to get his son back?
