I didn't notice much of a difference between the oz's.
I'm voting for the one from phases, because veruca's all blonde werewolf creeped me out.

This Year's Girl - you could tell she was struggling with herself and was therefor a more beleivable character.

Beer Bad - Buffy was really funny in this and there were no icky parasites.
