Our college's French Exchange Trip has just left today (i didnt go  ) and i was just wondering if anyone has ever been on one? And if you have, did you enjoy it? |

I went on an exchange trip to France when I was in secondary school, and for the most part it was pretty fun, although plenty of people were scuppered by their complete inability to speak French in any kind of fluency. I enjoyed it (although I ate so much French bread, I haven't been able to touch the stuff since), but was glad to get back to England and its (mostly) non sucking music. Oh, and I saw 'Buffy Contre Les Vampires' while I was over there. Nothing is funnier than incompetent French dubbing.

I spent a week in germany, living with a german family. It was kinda fun, the food was good, and there were far more people there who spoke english than there are people in england who speak other languages.
