January's hot topic is New Year's Resolutions.
Simple, what is/are (if you made any) your New Year's resolution/s for 2008?
Have you ever kept to your resolutions in previous years and if so, what was it and did you find it easy?
It was announced that people are most successful at quitting smoking if they make it their New Year's resolution - why do you think this is?

I thought about this for a while. Ties to smoking are mostly psychological, so the more pressures put on quitting, like not starting a year off bad, the easier it becomes. But I don't smoke so I'm just guessing.

My New Year's resolution would have to be to get my PFC rank and to not get any article 15s. I don't do anything to get in trouble anyway so it should be easy.
