I loved all the Seasons, especially Season 1 and Season 7 a lot but Season 3 is my fave just because it has lots of great episodes and because this is the Season where Faith comes to Sunnydale and i loved her character - her being the bad slayer and all... Band Candy, The Wish, Dopplegangland and Earshot are probably my fave episodes of this Season and i also loved Graduation Day II except for the part where Angel leaves!!  What do you all think?? |

Buffy got better and better until season 4, then it went downhill, IMHO.

This was a hard choice between Season 2, 3 and 5. I went with Season 2. The show down between her and Angel was really good.

Nothing really. There were some really great episodes from Season 4: Hush, Restless, Primeval. But, it also had Beer Bad this season. Not my favorite of all time, I must say. Just not one of my favorite seasons.

I thought Hush was probably one of the best episodes of the whole show (thats why it was up for nominations - duh!!)!!
Did anyone really like season 6 or did you think it was quite poor compared to the other seasons??
Bcos i thought that altho it had a few good eps and this was the season where Spike and Buffy had their 'thing' and there was the musical ep - i thought that season 6 was probably (im sorry to say) the 'worst' season!!

Season 6 was pretty bad but s7 was even worse. Too many new characters, plus too many old regulars having reduced roles. S6 and 7 were too 'dark' for me anyways.

Season 6 is far and away my favourite. I'm a spuffy shipper, so that was a big plus for me. I liked the darkness and the twist in the tale when it turned out that the Trio weren't really the big bad of the season.
Also, it has some of my favourite individual episodes.

The Trio were great. They just annoyed Buffy for the most part, but I enjoyed that her "big bad" this season was just humanity. Let her know that the only evil in the world does not only come from vampires, demons or gods.

When it comes to best Season, it's hard to pick between S2 and S3. S2 has the best arc of the show and many of the most emotional episodes of the series; but S3 is much more consistent in quality (only poor episode being Dead Man's Party), and while it doesn't hit the same peaks, it's very good throughout. So I've voted S2, but could change my mind. Those Seasons are so good, it's almost impossible to choose between them.
