February's Hot Topic is Love! Since it's Valentine's Day this month I thought this topic would be fitting. So do you believe in love? If yes, do you believe in love at first site? Have you ever experienced it? Who's your favourite celebrity couple? What's your #1 romantic movie? Have fun!

I absolutly believe in love!! Which is weird cause my whole family has not had good luck in love. I also believe in love at first site to a certain degree. But sadly haven't experienced it yet but one day, my day will come!!

I believe in love. I do believe in love at first sight to a certain degree. I have experienced love before and have given up on it since I got a broken heart again. I'm sick of getting heartbroken so I'm not looking for it again.

*I do believe in love and love at first sight(somewhat)and just like violinist5; me & my older sister don't have very good luck, when it comes to love. I have not experienced it yet, but hopefully I will. I do not have a favorite celebrity couple, but my #1 romantic movie is a tie between 'Pride & Prejudice' and the newest version of 'The Phantom of the Opera.'

I can't believe I missed this thread! But seeing as it's still open, I shall answer: I believe in love, but not really sure about love at first sight (although I've certainly felt lust at first sight . I really dislike the whole Hollywood and pop music projection of romance, because I think it's rather fake and based upon contrived ideas that have little bearing in the real world. I also think that these things tend to lead people to get a distorted view of reality, and the fact that having a successful relationship requires an awful lot of work from both parties - to the point it's often exhausting. Anyway, my rant is over. Am currently quite happy in my relationship, although for the longest time relationships were low on my list of priorities (work, family and university are the three big ones and have been for a while now), but it's been great to get more of a life balance there. And it's definitely true that love comes to you when you're not looking for it, so that's my tip of the day!
