Okay---
This thread is starting to get rather silly. There's nothing wrong with discussing favourite 'ships (which there is already a thread for, as I pointed out earlier), but some of the 'My ship is cooler than yours!' stuff here is hardly conducive to the topic or the forum - it's hard to read and serves little purpose besides provoking potential flames.
In conclusion:
Discussion = Good
Fangirl/Fanboy Ranting = Not Good
NB - This post is not directed at anyone in particular. But this thread is starting to take not-so-good turns, and that should be nipped in the bud.

It's a shame we never got a real ending, with angel returning in 'chosen' I was hoping she would make up her mind once and for all, but she didn't.
I always hoped buffy would find happyness with riley, not because he was a great character, but just because hes a human. If she picks angel or spike, she's gonna grow old with a guy who will be young forever, she can only be with him at night or indoors, never out in the sun, everything the mayor said would happen.
Unless of course angel or spike were to shanshu and become human.

Totally BANGEL, hence my avatar! Spuffy was a great pairing, yes, but Angel and Buffy's relationship was more daring, emotional, and painful. Buffy and Scott would've been a fun experiment, cuz he was kinda cute, and Joss had planned to make Scott be a key character in season seven, but then he decided not to.
