what if spike had a soul like angel where he was cursied by gypes
and if he was happy he turn into william and if had sex with buffy way he did do u think he be happy and turn into william.

I doubt he would be happy because he knew on some level that she was using him and just being selfish.

I think if spike had a soul all along buffy would have treated him differently. But then, I can't see why souled spike would come to sunnydale in the first place.

Well then he probably wouldn't have gone to Sunnydale to begin with because the only reason he went there in the first place was to join forces (and later kill) the anointed one. If he had had a soul he never would have had any reason to do that unless he just happened to join forces with Angel in which case everything would have been different. It would make for a challenging but interesting fanfic...

What about the gem of amara? Even a souled vampire might have gone to sunnydale to get the gem of amara and become invincible. And I doubt souled spike and angel would have hung out together. After all they didn't get along very well in season 5 of angel.

True, but I think that all had to do with Angel being good and then after Angel left when Spike was good he was with Buffy and Angel was all bitter...then again they also don't get on so well in the 'past'...
