Worst Angel Couple

Can I pick Angel/Cordy? Forced and damaging to both characters, it pretty much screwed over the whole show. Definitely one of the worst creative decisions ME ever made (after Connor, of course). But out of the two poll options, Connor/Cordy is the worst. It's creepy on so many levels; Freud would have had a field day with that one.

I've only seen the first season of Angel but I already hate the idea of Angel/Cordy. On Buffy, there is nothing to suggest any attraction between them, at least on Angel's part. I'd figure Connor/Cordy is just freakish though but I won't vote until I've seen the full series but I can already say my least favorite is Angel/Cordy.

I didn't see any problem with gru/cordy, at least not as an idea. I hated how she treated him.

The cordy/angel thing wasn't great, considering how long they've known each other without any romantic feelings, but to me that relationship happened so gradually I didn't much notice, and anyway they never actually became a couple, there was always something in the way.

Cordy/conner was weird. Then again, it wasn't really her, it was jasmine controlling her and influencing conner into doing her bidding, and that was a great story.

The worst angel relationship is easy - Fred/Wesley. Fred had never shown any interest in wesley for years, then all of a sudden she falls for him in 'smile time', just as an excuse to bring back annoying, brooding wesley when she died. And I hate how the fred/gunn relationship ended, she kissed wes and broke up with gunn... but then nothing happened until smile time. They never even mentioned that fred and gunn were together.

I preferred Fred with Wesley, Fred and Gunn never seemed right together. The worst relationship was definitely Cordy/Connor, that was freaky.

The Connor/Cordy thing was pathetic... and very very gross... it would be the equivalent of Giles seducing Buffy... *Shudders*

I liked the original Groo/Cordy Pylean romance, but when Groo was in L.A. I found it farfetched...

I think Conner and Cordy are the worst Angel couple. I liked Groo and Cordy's relationship(they should of stuck with that)but I don't like how she treated him. Angel and Cordy is ok but I like Buffy nd Angel way better, when you think about Cordy as she was in Buffy and with Angel, it looks weird. But back to Conner and Cordy, really sick I don't know why they had to be that sicko on the show.

I also found Connor and Cordy to be gross. It's not the age factor, it's the fact that she was the closest thing to a mother that he had when he was a baby. That's what's creepy.

I never cared much for the Angel/Cordy relationship either, that didn't seem right to me at all.

I really liked the Wesley/Fred relationship. It's too bad that it took Fred such a long time to see Wesley that way. The Fred/Gunn relationship wasn't all that bad, it just wasn't a favorite of mine.

Cordy may have been the closest thing he had to a mother, but she wasn't related to him, and every single one of the gang helped to change him and burp him and stuff. Its not like she ever had motherly feelings towards him, certainly not when he came back as a teenager at least.

Well if u think about it he was a baby when he was taken, and it was only like a year or so that he was gone, yeah he came back as a teen but he we really not that old. AN then sordy later lost her memory and did what she did

I thought he was 18 and she was 22? Not a big age gap.

Maybe it just looked weird because the acress playing cordy was at least 30.
