Xander walked along with his frozen coffee and an axe over his shoulder.
"So guys, can someone tell me why we're here helping Buffy with the patrolling? Hasn't she pretty much mastered the 'slayer' routine?"

"Don't get me wrong Buff, I enjoy slaying a vampire just as much as the next guy... who knows a slayer. I just have a feeling that you aren't going to be needing us here."
Xander twirled the axe in his hand, throwing away the cup in a trash nearby.
"What are we looking for anyway Buffy? A new big bad?"

"Come on Xand I always need you guys... you and Willow are like my...um how do i put this.. oh yeah my peas in a pod" she said looking at Xander.
Buffy looked at him twirl the axe in his hand "Xand be careful you don't want to cut off your hand" she said smiling a bit.
she then heard Xander's question "Um yeah new Vamp hangout that's needs some dusting" she said trying to lighten the mood.

Xander smiled at Buffy, her face was lit up by the moonlight and the occasional reflection of light off his axe.
"You should start a maid service you do so much dusting."
God that was so stupid! She must think I'm just being 'goofy Xander'
"Well Buff, you've got me at your back, unfortunately it looks like that's all you've got, but I'm here til the end."
As Xander stared at her face he tripped over a root and almost fell flat on his face, luckily he caught himself and played it off.
Smooth Xander... real smooth

Buffy looked at Xander with his funny maid service remark "Yeah but it's no fun if i start a maid dusting service I won't do the dusting" she said looking at him.
"Yeah you and Willow and the whole gang is all i have left" she said looking at Xander.

Off in the distance behind an old tomb a loud rustle of the bushes caught Xander's attention.
"Hey Buff, over there." Xander whispered pointing off in the distance.

Buffy looks at Xander and smiles pulling out a stake "Okay show time" she said walking towards the bushes.
As Buffy appoach it a Vampire jumps out and attacks Buffy throwing her to the ground.
"it's about time I kicked your ass" she said flipping up and looking at the vampire. The vampire looked like Glen a student Buffy and Xander used to go to school with well before he was turned into a vampire. the vampire rushed at Buffy "Die Slayer!" he said looking at her.
Buffy smirks and kicks him in the face with a roundkick "Um let me think about that one... how about you die." she said talking her stake and plunging it into the vampire's chest making him turn into a cloud of dust. She wiped her hands and clothes and looked at Xander.
"damn this job is getting old" she then noticed a rip in her shirt "Damn third shirt this week, If these vamps keep ruining my stuff they are sooooo buying me new things" she said looking at her best friend.

Xander was momentarily speachless, it seemed like something from a dream, he shook his head, clearing the thoughts from his head.
"I guess the undead just doesn't have a taste for fine attire." Xander said, picking up the axe he dropped. "Round one, Buffy one vamps zero. I didn't even get a chance to use my new axe." Xander had a sad look on his face. "Do we wanna call it a night and head to the Bronze or is there a secret plan cooking in that noodle of yours?"

Buffy looked at Xander with a slight smile on her face "Yeah so bronze it is" she said looking at Xander's sad face "Aw don't worry Xand maybe tomorrow night you can kill something with your new axe" she said as they walked to the bronze.

Belle walked into the vampire's crypt and the first thing she noticed was that no one was around to help her deal with her problem. Mostly there was no one there for her to beat up on.
"You have to learn to be nicer to people," Belle said to herself. She walked over and sat down on one of the old couch that they had picked up somewhere. "I almost got him tonight...I was so close." She said to herself as she sat there alone.

Okay I have been here for long enough and still no one has come back to the crypt. So maybe if I go back to the bronze that vengance demon will be gone and maybe that bleached blonde vampire will be there. Belle thought as she made her way out of the crypt and headed in the direction of the Bronze.

Belle walked into her crypt followed by Anya. She really didn't care if Anya followed her she knew that she could find this vampire Buffy was loking for all by herself, the only question is where should she start looking. She looked at everyone in her crypt, people that had followed her through out the years for no other reason that to follow someone. "We have some serious hunting to do," she said and they all stood at attention.

"So this is where you live? It looks very..." Anya went inside and realised she and belle were not alone.
"...holy crap, I'm surrounded by vampires! Um, hi! I'm anya." She laughed nervously and gave the vampires a little wave.
